Ames
Ten years ago, the Colombian Ana María Calderón Kayser founded the company Ames with the objective of developing furniture and accessories for a public attracted by a multicultural touch, an unconventional layout, while presenting of course functional and useful products in everyday life. Designer Sebastian Herkner joined her on this adventure. The result is collections that meet the spirit and signature of the German designer, while keeping a traditional Colombian manufacturing. In fact, the creations combine, for example, for the Sala collection, the combination of a steel tube structure with a seat and a backrest made of plastic thread. Many collections of Ames are for outdoor and indoor.
